Terrific (test) Tuesday

Thanks to Ava, who came up with today's alliteration. Today we did take two tests: Unit 1 & 2 of the IAR Math. We will take the final Unit, 3, on Thursday.

• Last week we read Mama's Window, a beautiful story about a boy, loss, and hope. The "stained glass" you see on this post's cover is inspired by the story.

• There is NO SCHOOL tomorrow, so that we can hold Parent Teacher Conferences. Check your email for a link if you've not signed up. At 11 pm, the link will expire. There are still some time slots available. Please reach out via email: mport@cps.edu, so that we can make it work!

• We will take part in an all school Safety Drill Thursday morning, before testing. This drill will help us prepare for severe weather.

• Next week is Spring Break. Enjoy the week.
