MY STORY

    Greetings! My name is M.B. Ginn. I am know at Disney as Mrs. Ginn and Mrs. Port-Ginn. I am originally from N.Y.C..  I grew up in both Minnesota and New Jersey, and attended college in Ohio.  I graduated from Denison University with a B.A. in History. My schooling continued at Loyola University Chicago, where I earned an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction.

     I began teaching at Disney many years ago.  Can you guess how many? I have taught brothers, and sisters, and cousins, and even some moms and dads! The Disney Community has shaped me and helped me grow. Ubuntu!

    I love gardening, reading, cooking,  biking, hiking, swimming, kayaking and camping. Outside is where I like to be! Maybe my love of the outdoors is connected to my love of reading.  Books open widows to the world. They allow us to travel into other lives, explore perspectives, and step into shoes that we've never worn. This year, we will grow together as we investigate ideas, solve problems, and experiment.   I never tire of it, and I hope that my excitement will be contagious.
