Talk About it Tuesday

Today, Ms. McHugh, our new counselor, paid a visit to 201. We talked about words and actions that help us build community. You kids' responses were impressive. Ms. McHugh will be back in 201 every other Thursday.

We also.....

• learned about Pablo Picasso's art, and created portraits and drawings in the cubist style that he championed.

• had a fire drill, that took out a huge chunk of the 201 reading block.

• introduced a new creative writing project.

• ran out of time. Tomorrow, 201 and 202 will continue with the work we started today.

* Have you finished and turned in Shark Island?
