Furry Friends Friday

Hello Team 200,

Today we....

• had fun with our "furry friends," until we had too much fun and had to put them away!

• read Cress and Watercress

• worked on our 4 in 1 Roots poster. Most kids have turned this in!

• went to Art with Mr. Vacanti

• met with Dr. Riskus to learn about changes to the Black Leadership Project. He will be sending a letter to all 4th grade families. Here are the basics:

-Speeches will be given in the 3rd person

-Students will not dress up in costume. Students may bring an artifact that represents their person's achievements.

-Students will dress "professionally," or as if for "picture day."
